Postmortem Brew Review
Light amber color.
Clean malt and flavorful hops in aroma.
Two finger near -white head that leaves fairly good lacing.
Taste of buscuit and slight apple hint.
Easy to drink. Gentle hops finish.
Lightly carbonated.
Light bodied; flavorful.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
A subtle and enjoyable pale ale if ever there was one. This can easily become a 'go-to' beer for any occasion.   It makes a great crossover beer when introducing folks into the world of craft styled beer and yet, it is sophisticated enough of an English style pale ale that allows it to stand on its own. While it's and American style Pale Ale, it has Yakima hops and American two-row malts, they reserved some British specialty malts for the finish.

It's clean taste and malt/hops mix is a hit with me. You should also know that Acme Pale Ale is a multi-award winning brew, across several years. That means it's consistently well made. Relax from your daily grind with one of these easy to drink pale ales.

Postmortem Brew Review
Jet black color but with ruby tones on pour.
Sweet, roasted malt and hint of chocolate smell.
Two finger caramel-tan head that leaves abundant lacing.
Head is tight and lasts about half the glass then thinly covers.
Deep roasted malt/chocolate/coffee tasting with fig/raisin taste that warms.
Light amount of carbonation.
A full bodied ale that will satisfy.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
Here is a fantastic Russian Imperial stout that will satisfy the discriminating ale drinker.  Old Rasputin is rich and full bodied with a lot of complex flavors going on, in the glass.  It is chewy and thick in body.  The complex flavors keep you guessing what you will taste next.

An absolutely fine beverage that will please with ease, for those of you that like stout. The 9% alcohol is masked until the end when it releases a warming and drying factor in the back of your throat. Now it leads me to wonder what Rasputin is doing, gesturing with his hand...is it a salutation? A blessing? Or is he telling you the bed is upstairs when you are done with that one in your hand?!?

Hazed orange yellow color.
Two finger off-white head that leaves good lacing.
Sweet, malty and musky in smell.
Fruity, sweet and fizzy taste.
Light amount of carbonation.
A light bodied brew with dry hops taste.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
Not 'killer' in hops, but a very decent and easy to drink IPA.  I enjoyed it quite a lot.  There was a yeasty swirl with the last splash from the bottle to the glass.  It ran down the center of the suds like a swirling tornado's vortex.  I like a show with my purchase.  That was worth the price of admission!

This hit the spot for my IPA fix of the day, but came just short of being a hops monster that I was looking for.  Oh, but I would get this again and again.
