Postmortem Brew Review
Amber to orange color.
Pale malt and citrus hops in fair balance.
Light off white head disappears quickly.
Good lacing down glass.
Tastes similar to the aromas; hops and malt in balance.
Minimal carbonation.
Little bit of a watery aftertaste.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
Being an IPA fan, there is not ususally much to a pale ale that will conjure up the tastes of the hops my palate desires.  But this refreshing little gem was right in the zone.  I found that it was easy enough to session while giving a straight up approach to what a pale ale should be.  I left my preconceived notions of IPA's out of it after the second sip.

See what a good example of an American Pale Ale can be with Southern Tier. Make that an extraordinary example.
