Postmortem Brew Review
Toffee brown color. Ruby highlights when held up to light.
Chocolate malts up front. R
oasted malt background. Slight bread scent.
Nicely foaming two finger tan head with decent lacing on glass.
Creamy sweet malt taste up front. Some vanilla (?)and a bit of hops.
Nice amount of carbonation.
Medium bodied mouth feel.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
Another great brew from those cool cats at Ska. Make no 'bones' about it, I really enjoyed this Milk Stout. This was another nice surprise from the mixed 12-pack brought home from my recent trip to Colorado. The milky sweetness is just right and plays nicely with the chocolate maltiness. Add a bit of vanilla hints, you've got yourself a nice "working class" milk stout. Nothing over the top, just a no-nonsense ale.

Lace up your boots and go get one.
