Copper/deep orange color.
Roasted malt nose with little notice of hops

Caramel tan head that has some stretchy lacing.
Moderate carbonation.
Malty sweet taste with slight alcohol warmth.

edium bodied and smooth with dry finish.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
Gordon Biersch's makes another in their series of German style beers wit htis Maibock. All I can say is that this is a smooth to drink bock (Einbecker style), and could easily see as a sessionable winter/spring beer. The alcohol warms, but is not harsh even at above 7%.

Not entirely remarkable, however, it definitely has merit.
