Postmortem Brew Review
Dark malted brown color.
Rich roasted malted smell.
Slight carbonation and hops.
Caramel colored, smooth and silky head with good lacing.

Head double forms in layers as beer settles into the glass.
Medium mouth feel; unusually refreshing.

Grim Reaper's Eulogy
It's about time this stout showed up on my blog...heaven knows it isn't the first one I've had.

Beautiful beer, beautiful website. Guinness is just the right fistful of stout for any occasion. It's a meal in a glass, not as heavy as folks would think. Creamy, with a bit of sweetness and always a great call at the bar. I had this while attending an outing recently, waiting for the hors d'oeuvres to be set out. It hit the spot nicely.

Nitro when on tap and also available with nitro in the can. Can't go wrong with one of these, now they have perfected the nitro-widget. It's as close as brewery tap fresh as you can get. Very low ABV also allows you to session, easily. Too easily!

Get some Irish history in you.
